Where to Stay

Please note that there is no specifically designated hotel for the Arts Equity Summit.

For accommodations, we recommend the following:

Hotels: Any place close to the Red Line, as this line has the best access to our locations in Roxbury, Seaport, and Downtown Boston. Additional options on the Silver Line would also work!

Airbnb: (more cost effective) For neighborhoods, we recommend considering Downtown and Seaport (a bit less convenient) if you want to be near Boston for sightseeing. Cambridge and Dorchester, which are close to the T (depending on exact locations), are also recommended.

Accommodations

We are committed to providing an inclusive space throughout the Summit and will do our best to honor all accommodation requests. We have also ensured that all buildings for the Summit meet ADA code.

In a follow-up to registration, all Summit attendees should receive a survey in which to request accommodations. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to:

Allegra Fletcher via: allegra@artsconnectinternational.org or by clicking this link: mail.
