Summit Overview

Friday March 22nd: ART

We’ll kick things off with a huge community celebration featuring QTPOC+ and intergenerational artists. Join us for community, art, connection and co-creation.

Hibernian Hall, 6pm - 11pm

This event is included in registration for the Summit, and separate tickets are also sold for this event exclusively.

Saturday March 23rd: CONNECTION

An incredible morning keynote is followed by an action packed day of break-out workshops, panel discussions and town-hall style meetings. The day is capped off by a community happy hour.

Keynote, Institute for Contemporary Arts, 9am - 10:30am

Break out discussions, District Hall, 11am-5pm (Community Happy Hour 5-7pm)

Sunday March 24th: ACTION

Sunday is focused on connectivity, healing and steps forward. A “Connection Brunch” provides a space for networking, lingering conversations, and continued progress.

The Nonprofit Center, 10am-2pm

About the Organizers

Arts Connect International partners with emerging artist leaders of color, and arts influencers who hold institutional power in the contemporary art world, to collectively build equity, access, and inclusion through transformational leadership development.

For the Arts Equity Summit, ACI is partnering with a team of six committed and incredible youths from various Boston Public Schools, self-named the Youth United Artists, who are driving the 2019 Arts Equity Summit.
